Seems to drop rarely off of any of the drakes in Ashengate, I got 4 from a full clear dropped off all types of drakes.

Dropped off magma drakeling in the broodlands.
After 3 days of killing every drake I could find in Lavaspinner's Liar Ive come to the conclusion they DO NOT drop there. I went to Sunderocks and got 2 in less than an hour. What do you think?
I had one drop in Lavaspinner's today. Don't remember exactly which mob it dropped from, but it does indeed drop. 1 intestines out of about 40 mobs (mixed, some drake, some basilisk some of the midgets)
Drake Intestines as noted above Sunderock Springs is none instanced drop from the seething mist and seething steam drakes, I was hunting over by Mistwalker...on Bertox server.

This is a rare item to attain, it used to be common when DoN came out but I dont think anyone changed it yet. I have been hunting for this for days and still not one drop.
2 of these dropped for me today in Broodlands. Don't know which specific drakes they dropped from, sorry.

I got 1 while camping Stoneskin in regular.Was 1 in about 3 hours of killing
One dropped in Non Instance Lavaspinners but i was 1 in several hours of non stop drake killing.

I had them drop outside of an instance zone.. Was just killing mobs for cultural armor book and had them drop far back in stillmoon around where u do Gaurdian of Sands . If u were killing him in an instance..
