These drop off all spiders in dreadlands. The roamers, and at the webs all over DL. Just a heads up.
Unlike some of the previous posters, I had no luck with spiders on the snow/ice. The drachnids near FV/BW seem to work best (north and east of Karnor's). Even then, the drop rate seems to be less than 50%.
Looked all over ice area. nada.
Went near FV. . . first roamer had it.

Kill on the ice west of karnors part, kill roamers, drop almost every time.

Dropped off a drachnid widow roaming nearby the tunnel to FV

Dropped off a drachnid webmaster today.
Just stayed at the cave entrance from Book. Was easy to pull in and one dropped from Mistress.
Confirmed. Didn't have to leave the tunnel even. There were 2 waiting for me at the opening. 2nd one dropped the collectible. Silkmistress if I remember right.

LOC -2345, 2766 drachnid camp dropped it.
LOC -2345, 2766 is in the snowy section and there are no drachnids there. I did find 2 collectors silks in 2 kills at the drachnid camp at loc neg2051, neg2911.

I went to -2051 , -2911 and saw nothing
looted 2 collectors silk web sacks off of drachnid web mistresses
