It's lore item no trade, meaning, you can only have one at a time, and you cannot trade/give to another PC (Player Character). So the answer is no.

If your looking to up your faction with the good guys, I wouldn't turn that in. I believe turning it in, gains faction with the bad guys, and loses it with the good guys. Killing the bad guards can give you faction for the good side, as well as some of the lesser missions in Lava Storm mts, towards the middle of the zone. I don't know how much faction, but I know it's miniscule compared to doing good missions.

Now, the gems you aquire doing the missions can be traded. Know that doing an evil mission is only factionable after turning that in, so you can collect as many as them bad gems as you want, and if you can get to the merchant, you can actually by the bad version, and then do the good missions to aquire the good ones as well.

What I'm trying to say, is it's possible to get both the good and the evil Aug's that do the same thing, for your toon. YOu can purchase one of each, the good one, and the evil one, and use them in your gear.

I however, don't know if you can do both the progressions, by doing one faction first, then turning it around and doing the other one, LOL. WHo knows, maybe it's all interchangeable. That would take more time then I care to imagine though.
