I looted dull bone chips off of a skeletal monk. It could be that all skeleton types in Unrest drop these.
I looted some Dull Bone Chips in Unrest, which were dropped by either a Dark Boned Skeleton or a Dry Bone Skeleton. I killed both and don't recall which one dropped it, but it seemed to be less common than regular bone chips.
