After killing a dozen or so "a magma drakeling" in the broodlands I am going to have to conclude that this item does *not* drop from them. Can anyone confirm that this stuff drops from anything in the broodlands?

Can confirm that in Tirranun's Delve the Frothing Drake Blood also drop from:
a Delve diviner
a Delve evoker
So not limited to just the `a Delve drake` there.

Looted 3 in a Gimblax mission.
These guys spawn in Tirranun's Delve at the zone in from Lavastorm.

Can confirm that this drops off of Delve Drakes in Lavaspinners Lair.

Ok to whom do you get this quest and turn it in to?
You start by hailing one of the task giver in Lavastorm near Naggy lair. One of the tasks will have you kill some drakes and loot 6. Like LDoN, they are counted when looted so you can destroy after you looted it.
My favorite spot for the drakes were through Trannun's Delve to the backdoor of Lavaspinner. Lots of drake and easy to pull/solo by a 62 beast. Got one AA while there in one hour. Just watch for the caster type, one can heal itself and other can do nukes or DS.

this drops in several other zones, including broodlands lavaspinner and temple stillmoore, and all insta missions related to these those that have drakes.
This is used for a faction quest for DoN.
