I was kiling stuff in Stillmoon last night and one of these dropped. It wasn't an upgrade for anyone there, so I decided to run my cleric over and upgrade his belt. Just as he was zoning in, the corpse poofed. So I camped out the cleric and feeling kinda bummed. About ten kills later, guess what... Another one dropped. So, I logged cleric in and looted up.

the rariety of this needs to be changed ive been in various groups massacreing half the zone and have not seen a single one of these drop yet infact havent seen any of the "of the way" items.

also drops from a cliffside puma in non-instanced the ascent.

I have seen this belt drop three times:

1. Normal non-instance Stillmoon off a random goblin.

2. Single group instance version off random goblin.

3. Raid instance version off a random mob.

So it is on the loot table for all of the types of this zone.
