Slaughter snakes and kobold runts in the area. The re-spawn spot for the snakes is +1135 -335. There will spawn either 3 snakes or 3 runts after the last of the 3 has died about 5-10 seconds later the next 3 will spawn. Runts appear to be the rare spawn. A small aoe ability works great with /hidecorpse looted.
