Listed as tailoring skill on EQtraders.com I can't get this to do a combine for me. Have 201 Tailoring skill, have the right Vale Sewing Kit, right components but still says I can't do it. Not sure if it has something to do with the alchemy tag up there, but halflings don't get alchemy as a skill.......
Any thoughts?

Cultural sewing kits made prior to DoN's release will not work with DoN cultural combines.
You must simply make a new kit (same recipe as the old one) and I suggest scrapping the old kit to avoid any confusion.
Why they added a new kit identical in all other aspects to the existing cultural kits, I do not know, since it only serves to clutter their items database.
