Omens of Warok line 2 on the focus effect says "lose 10% per level over cap" .. so with the max level now being 75 does that mean there is no focus effect?
No, what that means is, for every level over 70 that the SPELL is, the focus reduces by 4.5%, or 10% of the 45%.
So, on a level 71 spell, it would be a 40.5% focus, and on a level 75 spell, it would be a 22.5% focus.
So 5 levels over cap, the focus is reduced by 50% not completely gone.
If they raise the level cap to 80%, the focus would be completely useless on a level 80 spell.
And of course, if you are using a 70 or lower spell, it still works full power, even if you are level 75.
