Say "Pattern" to him.

Muddite mud is in Gorge of King Xorbb (Off the muddites)
Bone is off the bone menders in lvl 2 of Runnyeye
Cat Skull cap is off the Mindreapers lvl1-2 in Runnyeye
and the large brick of unrefined ore i got off goblins in Permafrost.

SHRINK if you're going to runnyeye. I had to run around there crouched.
