Focus Effect works on spells up to level 67. (says so right on the item, pic above is wrong)

When equipped in secondary slot, it does not count as a shield which means you cant Bash with it.

All I have to say is Wtb new graphic...when they say dull their not joking. I mean, with the stats it has and being from OoW you'd think they could come up with something better than a rusty shovel.
