Dropped in Iceclad tonight off a Vampire Skirmisher. 1st time I have seen it over several months and an estimated 200+ vampire kills (I have done the sunshard quest on several characters, using the skellies to level).
Its a nice piece. It compares okay to the tradeable "Totem of Fear" (which has 3 mana regen though and seems to go for 5-9k on my server). Since this one is nodrop it would be nice to see the req. level a tad lower... say 50. It did drop off a level 30s mob for me after all.

Just dropped off a Vampire Necromancer in Goru'Kar Mesa... First I have seen ever.
Dropped in Mesa, off a vampire skirmisher just now.
Must be on their raredrop table. Only one dropped in 6 hrs or so of kills.
