some servers now have 3 or 4 of these things now.
1 on each server from ToFS event.
servers merged making 2 on some servers
then a few months later a GM event in PoK rewarded the winner (happened on every server I believe) with a title "the Honorary Librarian" plus another one of these shields.
one year passed since then, and the exact same GM event happened a 2nd time with same 2 rewards.

As a quick note, the 2 slots on this item are both Type 8 making it even more uber than it already was.
Won this item today on GM event on stromm guess cause someone hacked the ToFS event on our server and got ban.

only 1 on server, it says that its an artifict for me, may wanna put that up there.
While it is an Artifact technically, it doesn't say so in the stats window, that's why it doesn't say Artifact up there. But maybe a short notice that it only drops once per server would be appropiate, true =)

My friend has one, artifact tag was added to the item later on.
Attuneable = you can equip it once, then it's done. It BECOMES nodrop.

Only one on each server, result of a raid, so guessing you'll never see it in any bazaar. Discordians of Morell-Thule were the lucky ones to get the new title of Chosen Guardian last night :)
I got this item on the Terris Thule server, was offered 500k on the spot by guildie, i decided it was to go on my back :)
