Ture drops this one too
Can confirm that, dropped from Ture today for us as well... does that mean that the changes indicated in Zajeer's post here are live ?

Drops of Harrier/Ture/Hanvar it's just rare compared to bracer/gloves/sleeves/head slot

OK, the changes indicated in the linked post seem to be live - we just got Lenarsk's Embossed Leather Pouch from the Jelvan script. So apparently every raid encounter except Vangl and Mata'Muram can drop the quest pieces for the smaller armor parts now. (Lenarsk' Embossed Pouch, Patorav's Amulet & Walking Stick, Muramite Cruelty Medal, Riftseeker Heart. Makyah's Axe).
PS: Arch Magus Vangl just dropped Jayruk's Vest - so these changes are definitely live.
