I heard someone had this "drop" for them on Lanys, but I don't know for sure. Just had a link fly to my server and was traced to Lanys.

Nah, worn haste has nothing to do with how much somthing will proc.
Don't want to seem too rude but please don't be retarded. Obviously it has nothing to do with how much something will proc, and yet you are swinging 41% faster than you would without it, thereby increasing the number of chances within any certain period of time for it to proc and thus giving it more of a chance to work for you. I'm not sure why you would somehow think I was, for some reason, saying that worn haste itself increases proc rate. There are many ways a caster can get an easy 41% haste and if you were desperate a 36% haste for like 1kpp from a tolapmuj robe.

To proc, u dont have to "hit" it; haste would not affect this-

you may want to be less rude, to yourself, by thinking again. if your weapon is procing 2times in a minute with no haste, it will still proc 2times in a minute with any haste you could have on, simply because there is no link between the number of swing and the number of proc, if you want to have more proc, bring your dex to 305 that's all.
Yes it's an artifact. That means only one per server. Yes it can be equipped.
Thanks. This makes horrible, nasty sense. If Princess Vie gets rescued then the quest is over on that server. Maybe that is why the dwarf Stonetosser is gone from the Butcherblock docks and none of the other NPCs respond. First ones to finish the quest on each server get the goodies and no on else can do anything. Oh well.
this is a very nice weapon when you consider the proc, major grats to whoever won this on each server.

TWO; It is an artifact.
Doesn't this mean it can't really be equipped? Or does it mean there is only one per server? Or does it mean something else? If it belongs to Firiona Vie, if someone has it then she won't and we won't see her carrying it in the artwork for Dragons of Norrath.

LOL First,I can't imagine any God in EQ equpping a weapon this weak. I mean,SURE it's awesome to players,but to a God?? I would expect a God to equip a weapon with 20 delay(or lower) and 80+ damage.
Second,Just because this was Firiona Vie's doesn't mean it's her PERSONAL weapon of choice. It just means it was hers until it was presented to the player as a reward. Obviously she has a trunk full of them(but one per server). hehe
