Actually, my wife's character Brylee has the Pendant as well, as we completed the quest on Morell-Thule before the server mergers were done.

Guess ARTIFACT no longer means one per server. :) I have the Girdle of the Fearless Guardian as well.

Figures that we both haven't worn them yet - attunable. We can even trade/sell them. I think, though, they're just going to sit in the bank to remind us of one of the more interesting EQ events we've been involved in.

This is listed as ARTIFACT, the quest is over and gone, so I think this item should not be listed as common. As far as I know only 3 people on Prexus has one of these.
