its 11/30/11 and I have been searching for a purpose for this. I have not yet figured it out. casting Identify on this item only returns its name. if i someday figure this out, i will post it right after im done : )

still no use found ... i just dropped that ... just another useless thing that programmers haven' finish .... like plane of war and other...

any know what this is for ?
Dropped from Keeper of Past Lore up East ramp in BoT. Mob was level 67 or 68, had a pet, and gated back to spawn point twice. Hit for max of 770, nuked for up to 900.
