This item is really a joke so feel free to laugh, back when SoL came out, the head mob in Seru. Named Lord Inquisater Seru, Wasnt killable he would just stand on the balcony. But one day a wizard on my server desided to kill him but not having the key and the quest not exsisting yet. He used the lev spell and climbed the buildings, to get a target on him because he couldnt be targeted from the groud. After he was targeted the wizard floated back down and nuked him. (Ever wonder why you cant cast lev spells in that zone anymore?) After about 15mins and alot of nukeing / medding and a little help from a necro feeding him. Lord seru died when the wiz floated back up he had two items on him.

So the joke is on you when some one EXPLOITED him for his loot and got EXPLOITED back
so that is why on the lore of this item it says Serus Cheastplate because it has to be a matching set

Now how did they kill the the Grand Librarian Maelin. I dont know for sure, but back when PoP came out there was certain ways to agro mobs In no combat zones. One way was taunt, begging, or even AA's or Discs that caused agro. These skills could be used to put you on that NPC's agro list. Once they attacked you they only way you could hurt him was a Dmg sheild they would have a friend close by that would keep recasting the DS as well as healing. Most likely a druid, But along time ago they fixed that glitch so I am guessing they have done it again with what I dont know might be a new Agro AA With OOW?
