Only better armor is Teir 4 TSS armor. But I'm not complaining about these.
How do you figure that?
Dusted Belfry Bracer has 8 more ac, 105 more hp, 60 more mana, better resists, and several other advantages, depending on which effects you already have capped. Similarly, the ghost/snowtail bracer also has more ac/hp/mana, and the Mayong bracer is also pretty sweet.
This is a nice bracer, but its not THAT good, to say the next three upgrades, before TSS are not better.

You dont loot this kinda stuff, it's quested. But yeah I think every cleric is drooling over this stuff.

you dont bother swapping gear out if you can loot anguish armor ;)

2x wristband of conviction = 60 wis & 600 mana... your wis would be capped anyway but if you wanted to swap out gear these babies would help keep it there... & 600 mana... sheesh... me likey.
