I came across this mobs corpse and went to see what was on it...a fluxing staff! To my surprise, however, I was unable to loot. I figured its cuz its not my class so I log on a WIz to loot and he cant loot it either...just saying...kinda funny

had this same problem tonight killed it for ma wiz epic 1.5 item and it was unlootable :/
