I found mine at 198.35, -1144.76, 51.20. Take the first right when you come in from East Karana then pass the Evil Eye room and then take the second left. Follow the path around to the tower at the end.

location of staff (from E Karana): make 1st right, 2nd left, follow around to light blue broken obelisk ...it's behind it on the round ..GL

in room with beholders kill big dude and go behind him and to the right on ledge of his throne it is staff not bag

I found mine in the evil eye room at loc + 495 - 663

The correct location for this spawn is
+221, - 1165.negative, not positive.
If you come in from the East Karana entrance, take the first right, then second left and follow it to a dead end. At the end, there is a rock with a carving of a diamond with an arch above it. I found the staff in front of this rock at the above mention loc.

Any idea how long it takes for a second one to pop after one has been picked up?

Finished killing evil eyes in Xorbb's chamber and saw the staff sitting on ledge to backdrop of alter.
