Based on our Qvic raid last night, this is the most common eye portion to drop. We got one from a kyv widowmaker, a noc savage, Ptav M'sha, Dvoin M'sha, and a kyv silentbow. So it appears they can drop from kyvs, nocs, and the named mobs.
