Ok I would like to know Y this has a rateing of Dissappointing? This Weapon is Awesome. 320hp / 340m 1 hander...OMFG SICK!

I would Like to know where yall are getting the Info about this "reduceing Resists on nukes"??
The Effect if you Click the Link Clearly states it is a "HATE" reducer not "Resist". N E how ill Take the Hate Reduce over resist any day, with nukes as big as they have become you have to watch your aggro alot more, not to mention that in Most groups you have some sort of resistance debuffer.

Now their hope for the future EQ2 is failing because idiots love WoW and idiots have friends they can maipulate and they continuously ***** up everything having to do with EQ1...

Have you ever made a post that wasn't a whining complaint? Why don't you quit playing EQ and go back to your Barbies and My Little Pony's, pud.

heh it is dissapointing. just look at the other 2.0's this one requires the most raids im pretty sure. as well as having mobs that are the hardest of ne one. the warrior 2.0 is a ton better
  • http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=32776
  • it has a focus that is better than eoa on vadds and time bp by 3% the buff stacks with all other hp buffs and is very useful for engageing the mob giving clerics the extra split second to get the ch chain started. as well as having higher hp and better stats. and it can go in secondary so it can be used as an offhand for which warriros get slippery attacks so mobs cant riposte to it.

There is a clicky effect on this item also that isnt showing up on here that reduces resist rate as well, it is an upgrade from the 1.5 effect, which is 10% less resists, although I am not sure on the percentage on this effect.

The reason why this is disappointing might be because you need access to CoA. IF you look at the reqirements to CoA you might think twice about saying "wow this item is so cool". On my server there is ONE guild that has access to CoA, and as far as I know they are not, (can not) gimp anyone in. So... unless you are one of the lucky individual, and my hats off to the one wizard I know who has this, you arent getting this item anytime soon. If you are a casual player, I would be more than happy to send you a round of sharp chedder of swiss to go with your whine.... You arent getting this anytime soon. Maybe when EQ 3 or 4 comes out.

Is the best weapon for the class, only 1 guild per server should be able to get.

#Korosha, Posted: Dec 22 2004 at 10:25 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) I have often gotten bored of being lfg for hour/days and started wondering around the world. There are alot of zones I have never even seen before. Now that there is a timed invis, I have started wondering into zones that I never would even have dared. Being a DE Wizard, I have wondered into the very throne room of in Butcherblock, went around the city of mist, went down to the basement of Unrest, Split Paw, Chardok, OT, Lucin, and Vellious. Where are all the mumbers at? Nobles Causeway, Wall of Slaughter, MPG, RCoD.

Yeah especially since "Sleight of Hand" AA didn't go live with OoW because it wouldn't be very noticeable...

Then they give us the same crap with our 1.5/2.0 Epic.

Hey at least they fixed it; a few months ago; so the epic clicky doesn't increase resist rates anymore :). God; how could they make such an oversight before...LOL

I personally will not be whining and ******** about any of these, because as a caual player who is not in a very strong guild, I'm having a hard time getting my Necro and Mage 1.0, let alone 1.5/2.0 or gear any better than Luclin drops. So for the high levels who are getting all these insane stats and effects and soloing mobs that would kill me in less than one attack round, grats. I'll stay back here in the zones you have forgotten about randomly soloing what I can, since all the groups have expatriated Norrath for Dranik's Scar and beyond.

I agree with what you are saying. When I started playing EQ 3 years ago, it was the talk of the town. All my friends played and they got me interested just by their conversation. So I got to play with a bunch, of at the time, UBER guys. I mean the talk was did you here, so and so guild took down QUARM. But being low level and having to grind at times was a pain to say the least. But I made it. Key for the casual player is to find a family style guild so you get the benefits of the guild but not the pressure of all the mando raids. I am sure your game play exp will change! Smiley: yippee

Amen to that. They need to come out with some new 20-40 zones and stuff that people will acually go to. Unlike Luclin where almost all the zones are ignored except UP, ME, DSP, and PC. Hallowshade is empty and so are the outdoor zones like Mons Letails and the Scarlet Desert...the Grey is usually empty too. And this was like last year too. I dunno what they are like now.

Now even PC and DSP are deserted, PC had exactly 4 people in it 2 days ago on Torv... of course if you look at the numbers of traders the bazaar isdeserted too, 6 months ago you used to have to wait to be able to set up trader mode, now you're LUCKY if there's 300 traders online at any given time.

AMEN sista, eq 2 came out b4 i had the chance to see all that eq1 even had to offer...like sleepers tomb /cry, always just wanted to flippen see it. Back in the day when EQ lore was more common, that place was just plain legendary, where only the greatest dared to tread. now its a "waste of time" time to even get the key. oh well

/agree. There are a LOT of zones that I never got the chance to see because I was too low. I just recently found out the Plane of Growth is off of the Wakening Lands...strike that, I just barely two days ago found out what the Wakening Lands are! And now, every time I do a /who all LFG, all I see is [70 soandso] Name (wallofslaugher) or [70 soandso] Name (causeway). I've never been to the Sleeper's Tomb, the Plane of Growth, the Grey, the Deep, Vex Thal, or anywhere else a 53 Necro cannot solo. I'm fearing that I will be the last player on my server, still exploring frantically, on my own before they bring the servers down.

Eventually there'll be on server, and all of us who're thinking the same thing will be there together and can go to all of those places.

Now that 85% of the EQ players are gone, I finally got to see the Ancient Cyclops for the first time, yesterday. Of course someone was waiting, but there was no line behind them, like there normally would've been.
