I also found this in Castle Mistmoore in the Mausolieum off the graveyard on top of a coffin in the south corner of the room. Location- Neg 26.54, Pos 374.98, Neg 227.13. The respawn of the flower was 30 seconds at most. Hope this helps.

This now spawns in Lesser Fay on the ground near the LDoN crypt entrance. Loc is neg 749 pos 3727.

I found this in Mistmoore in the tomb that is located in the graveyard. If you walk straight in the tomb it's on top of the coffin. Just be careful because there are traps there down to a hidden room beyond the jail. Stay in the center row of tiles and you'll be ok.
