what is the attack cap?...im 70 and attack is not high...not that i will be in the game long enough to achieve all these pieces but a few would be nice....woops..no groups avail.....wait and see i guess after server merges

SK get the same arms....with only 30 atk...thats it....no effects got to get yer effects in time or ep

no Paly's are not last in line lol, it depends on the guild, how loots are awarded ect.
just seems that paly's are the slowest to send in the info on this stuff.

30 attack? man if your not attack capped by the time your seeing this you need to take a good hard look at your gear and figgure out why your not cap+50 in attack

ph yea most of the dropable items needed for this and the other plate tier 2 are in bazaar for dirt cheap. personaly just been saving them as I see them drop. since oow came out i have all of the tier 2 droppables parked on a mule.
