I have a 79 chanter and a 71 cleric on Tunare. This whole quest has taken me maybe a week at maximum, and that was because I couldn't always find the people to help quickly.
The 1.5's are beyond easy now. In fact, another case for you. My guild took a group out and did the WAR 1.5 fight in WoS with 5 people.

It is common as the mob always drops it.
Well, actually the 1.5 is really easy to get, and not only does just about every raid cleric have one, but a lot of casuals do too.
