Omens of WarThe drop rate wasn't terrible. Magelo shows the drop rate to be ~3%, but killing in the loop near the Projection of Power in Muramite Proving Grounds got me 2 candles in less than an hour (with 4 pops every 11 mins),

Above it says this is a common drop. It is not a common drop. 3 of these are needed for the t2 oow bp so plan on a few hours or more of camping them. Also like the post below says they do drop from the dragorns by the Projection of power area about half way around the curve. You can count on 4 of them always spawning in that area. Another place is just before the curve in the Fleshthreader and Battlemaster Denik area there are always a few that pop in there by the named.
