Dropped for me just now at Blind in MPG. Blind PH was 'an elite noc cleaver'. Dropped 1x Crystal of Yearning.

One dropped in MPG today.had to look the thing up, as i had never seen one of those drop, and i have spent my fair share of time there.Must be on the ultra rare list id say.

Seems like an extremely rare drop. I have tried the areas in MPG, and spent several hours in RSS, gonna try Draniks today and go for the complete bust. Only thing I got out of this so far was frustration and 10 AAs. Saw several Bard and Mage drops in RSS, camping the zone in area. Probably confirmation they do not drop from every iceshadow/skin mob.

Found one off Ukun BoneRetriever in Dranik's Scar while farming for resist item near Bloodfield zone. First time I found it in DS so I guess extremely rare in this zone.

Selling for only 150-300 pp each on Prexus atm.
Dropped off elite noc in MPG north end ...not too far from Rift Seekers Zone line (NW) of that zone line.

seen these often off ice gelidrans near King. Not sure if they drop off anywhere else in Riftseekers
