Brilliant Kyv Quiver sells for 12 plat 3 gold 8 silver 1 copper when offered to Sateal Deirosap vendor in the bazaar by level 2 human monk with 143 cha.... Current bazaar price is 99 plat on bertox server.... I once sold one for 600 plat but have had two more on trader for 6 months and have sold no more....

So apparently this is used for nothing, and people are selling them 1 to up to 3k in Bazaar ...
Can be sold for 13pp at vendors, I suspect this to be cash loot ... maybe faction thing ?

No clue what's going on with these things. Every server I've been on has several of these for sale at 200-2000pp. I see them on PoK vendors all the time for 13pp and change.
There was an insane boom in the Omens drops right after the Omens armour quests were discovered. A lot of people (me included) were buying up just about every drop we coul dget hold of and afford in preparation for the market to catch up. Many items were bought that turned out to be worth nothing, some were found to be worth a lot, and some became worth a lot and then back to nothing.
For example I bought around 15 of the dragorn bowls for around 5-200pp per, and sold them on average for 35kpp each. Now though they're at 5pp in the bazaar because they're so common.
I suspect that's what happened to this item. Unless someone's discovered a purpose for them but keeping it quiet to avoid the hype of course

I have about 40 of them now. They are also falling from the regular Kyv in Dranik's Scar.
