I have noticed that on Xegony these items, which used to be very common and cheap in bazaar have slowly become rarer and more expensive. Other common OOW armor hand in drops have not changed in amount or price only this one, making me hypothesize that the drop rate must have changed for this item.
Perhaps in last major update the drop rate of something rare was increased and the drop rate of this decreased. HAs anyone else noticed this on another server or is this just a temporary fluke of the drops on mine.

This item dropped for me tonight, but it seems to be quite rare for the bracer turn in to me. I figure about 25 Chimera's went down and this was the 1 drop. I have not killed enough over time to decide what the actual drop rate is, but Rare seems an appropriate category, cosidering roughly a 4% or less drop rate.
