Nothing in RS drops this. It's from Keldovan the Harrier in Citadel/Asylum of Anguish..

You friend did not loot this in RSS. You cannot read. Im sure it was a Pyrilen Essence. looks the same...different name and does not give out Tier 2 Armor.
Got to be very, very rare then.
Usually Tier 2-Armor seems to require a piece from Anguish (Sleeves=Ture, Bracer=Keldovan, Gloves=Warden Hanvar), but maybe SOE has put some alternatives in the game for the unflagged.
Would you care to elaborate what exactly dropped the heart ? Considering the one I seen so far definitely drops from a hard raid mob in Anguish, I would expect at least King/Queen in RSS...

Drops off of Harrier in anguish, looted it today.
I'd have to agree. Seems every 2nd tier piece does require a piece from Anguish. Still no sign of the heart in RSS.
