Gates of DiscordTook 21 or 22 kills for Atulinae`Vius to finally drop this. Oddly enough, in all of those kills, they never dropped anything else other than coin.
Luckily they spawn super fast and there are three at a time.

Camped the brain just now.
Respawn rate timed at 6 minutes. Sat through 7 waves with nothing much to show when two brains dropped on eigth wave.
If you've got VoV, this is a trivial camp. Tactics to avoid runners is all common sense - have a ward up, distribute damage shields and try to time things such that the last two die at roughly the same time. The last one should be stoppable with a quick stun and a nuke.

Ok, hubby camped these solo (70 cleric) and found this.
First 3, none
Next camp try.
First 3, none
Second 3, none
First kill of next 3, brain.
They spawn FAST. Like under 8 minutes. And they run at about 18 percent health and have a lot of friends close, and those friend summon. And harm touch.
So a rough drop rate is 1 brain for 10 kills, your mileage WILL VARY. But don't let them run.
