Find a muck covered elemental on your map, you need to be in that square area. Once you get to that square of area, find the sign "Coranier's Clothier", when your looking at that sign and standing in front of it, turn right, and go towards that dead end, its right in there.

Ok, here's what you do. You enter, you're surrounded by earth elementals. There's basically only one way to go (there's a couple small dead ends on the way, but just keep in mind you want to go down), and then you'll hit a spot with some destroyed constructs. Head south to reach a big room, which you exit the other side where there's some ghosts. It's around the first bend from that area (that's where the actual city is)

Ok, the /loc is right, however what you're not told is that the spawn is in a small dead end slightly south of the tunnel between the half of the zone where you zone in and the half with high scale kirn etc etc.

found it just inside the stable looking areas past the first gargoyles, past the ruined bar/danceclub first left.

CANT find this any1 tell me where it is cant seem to find it with loc 65, 90.

Was just in the Hole for High Scale Kirn. Picked it up in the way to large tunnel on map that goes to previous Kirn spawn site. Just past the pond if I recall correctly. It sits in front to one of the undead in a small alcove. As you approach it, there is a building on the left and the tunnel takes a 90 degree right just before the mob. Sorry can't be more specific.
LOC is 61, 96, -347 when I did a /loc on the spawn.
