Went down the very first hallway into the room with the Inventor, split it and got a Curate and a Laborer, killed them both and the Curate had sand on it. Brought a 65 cleric just in case I got into a bad situation, only needed him because I pulled two on accident. 73 monk, 8.7k hp, 1769 AC

Was in HS farming a few hours and this droped maybe 6 or 8 times, dont think it will be too much prob to get...

Same here, unfortunately, with only 8 minutes for rotting, there wasn't much time to get a Monk there to loot it from my guild. =(

Dropped also from "A Dragorn Slave", which I have only seen spawn in the first room on the right from zone in, often in a different spawn location in the room. I've never seen more than one at a time up on track and doesn't seem any harder than the other dragorns.
