Based on the other loot that MSL hasI cant see this coming from her. I mean....every item she drops is 90 hp mana except this..WTF...sounds typo'ish

It also drop off of the "Shcool Leader" in nobles Causeway from the shammy epic. It was in a chest.

They have removed the school leader from spawning a chest when killed when spawned for the shaman epic. So, can take this off of the list that he drops.
