Ive just cleared the area only 1 time and droped for me.. its a matter of having luck.
Well my stategie was not zone in with my shammy but only with my ranger. and when drops any then zone in and loot with my shammy.
I had a feeling that when i zone with my shammy, the game should making my shammy stay there for a long time.
In this case i was right about it.

I killed a ton of Corrupted Knights over a couple of hours and none of them dropped it. First Elite that spawned dropped it. I can't prove a negative but unless the drop rate from regular Corrupteds is very low my guess is that only the Elites drop it.

Well now that I think of it.. I'm not sure what it dropped off. was not an Elete Corrupted Knight tho.. I know that for sure.. was one of the first undead mobs i came to at Ent.

Anyone know what this is for? Have spent hours in CoD and this is first one I've seen drop.
