It has the instrument mod for us Bards, the Focus effect for Clerics, the shielding for the Warriors, Paladins, and Shadow Knights.

Bards, Warriors, Paladins, and Shadow Knights could all use that +30 attack.

And regen +3 is nice for about anyone.
So it has a usefull element for all the classes listed.

Not to forget the focus also helps with paladin heals.
