Twisted Magnetized Belt sells for 0 plat 9 gold 5 silver 2 copper when offered to Sateal Deirosap vendor in the bazaar by level 2 human monk with 143 cha.. Current bazaar prices range from 890 to 3000 plat on bertox server... I just sold one for 960 plat after having up for sale for about an earth month with my trader up about 17 hours of the day....

I also had this drop while killing for faction in Dranic's Scar. Unfortunately I don't know what dropped it. A scan of my logs is not helpful as I was killing several at a time and looting when possible. It would have been a dragorn peon, a noc, or a murkglider as those are the only 3 that appear in the log.
