Now ive heard folks tell me that it still drops, but is ultra uber rare. anyone have verifiable proof that it nolonger drops?

Humm, how can this scimitar that powerful. though it does have a kinda strong pet, but once it does good deal of dmg it will be wacked and killed. Hehe now wonder i could not find it, oh well ill buld up some moneny if someone on Saryrn has one
one reason it was so powerful was guilds would pass it around to all the druids/rangers on their raids and they would have 15+ bad assed pets

I SAW THIS WITH MY OWN EYES (BUT THE PET DIES AFTER 1 HIT BUT ITS WELL WORTH IT CONSIDERING THE AMOUNT OF DMG IT DOES)

Its a terrible pet spell that summons a worthless pet. I have said spell and the pet hits for MAYBE 25dmg on a good summon. The spell costs like 600 mana and the pet has like 400hp.

actually there are potions that will summon pets for you. The only one i can think of off hand is Brazer of Elemental Summoning, summons a 35ish Mage fire pet

This does still dropped it just dropped today on prexus server and some ranger got it :-p

the brazier of elemental summoning summons a lvl 12 mage pet. on a less aggressive note, funny to see a halfling warrior running around the thicket with a fire pet following him around slaughtering everthing in sight.

Mistwalker effect procs a level 49 pet with 1 hp.
You figure that by the time this procs, whatever you are fighting already REALLY hates you and will take a little bit of time to turn on the pet.
Hopefully, you can have a cleric in the party throw a HP buff on it. (Or you can do with with a SLN/SLD/SLS)

u cant hp buff a pet that has less then 20hp and it doesnt drop no more so : P

Wow this affect summons a wolf pet to come aid you. not bad considering druids and rangers dont get pets. It hit very hard but has 1 hp but you can solv by buffing it up some with your skin like nature line of spells. If you get this USE IT!!!!

Actually you need to take into acount the date at which the poster said that druids dont get pets. At the time that post was made druids did not get pets.

Sadly, it has been nerfed. Now, after the pet gets one round of attacks (Misses count too), it will kill itself. The best thing that you can hope for is that it double attacks and bashes. That is the max amount of damage that you can get out of it (

OK you get a pat it may be only level 34 or 36 cant remeber at this time, but any wya it is great for kiting because you just get the argo and have it run after the mob hiting it while you nuke, every little bit of damage helps, and you can save the mana you would use to cast a DoT on it when it turns away and stops attacking and judt let the pet attack it to death while you med mana for next kill. Very simple.
