Glowing Arrowheds sell for 23 plat 8 gold 1 silver 0 copper when offered to Sateal Deirosap vendor in the bazaar by level 2 human monk with 143 cha... current bazaar price was 5 plat on bertox server ... smile... I went and bought it up quick and will sell to the vendor as no known use as yet...

A few of these dropped at the Cubby in WoS off of the Kyv Hunter and his place holder as well.
Kyv Hunter Lheun, red con at level 70. Found in the 2nd round room on the way to the NW trial area.
