I believe Jadore may be referring to the Ukun Fleshound which spawns on the bridge at the south west corner of the Statue camp. We pulled him, hits for up to 2K and about 1300 under defensive. We were not able to kill him because our healer lagged out during the fight. He is not listed in the Besiary yet so I will list him with a picture when I see him next. He cons red to a level 68 so I'd say he's at least level 70.

More information when I get some.

Edit: Confirmed this drops off of the Ukun Fleshound. Conned yellow to a 69 and red to 68 so my guess would be level 71.
