Omens of WarWell, i had been hunting in Nobles Causeway the whole day, and found this in my bags at the vendor later on, so i cant say what it dropped off, but for sure it dropped around SE corner of NC, we killed Refugee's, Battle-Scarred Bazu's, Ferans, and Murkglider Stink(Slink)ers.

Dropped off "a discordling taskfiend" -- Lvl 67 I think.
Got one in WoS in NW cave, think off a discordling or ukun, dunno exactly, spent 8 hours there.
