attuneable means when you put it on, it become a no drop item
Whats attuneable mean???
From the Item Help page, available via the question mark on the upper right of this page:
"Indicates the item may be freely traded until equipped, at which point it becomes permanently NO DROP. Attuneable augmentations become NO DROP when added to an equipment slot. You will not be able to auto-equip an attuneable item that has not been attuned to your character."
