does she always have the piece i been pickpocketting her for about 20 minutes with no luck, 200 skill , maybe ill try to respawn her
You will need to respawn her before even attempting the pickpocket. I have come to the conclusion that a previous rog most likely has already stolen the piece from her. attack her and she will poof and respawn almost immediately with a new piece. good luck fellow rogues

Pickpocketed about 5 times.. no dice... Did what you said - just attacked her, she didn't die, she poofed... bam she was back damn near right away like you said. Got it on first pickpocket attempt
I pick pocketed this item on the 4th try. Skill at 200. No raid required. Just the group i was with standing by in case of aggro. NPC caught me after first couple of attempts, hit me once or twice for like 90 pts. said something like the fragment was her's and i wasn't going to get it, then, POOF! She disappeared and reappeared almost instantly, that is when I got the fragment. She was in the bar by the docks in Dulak.
