Coordinates on the 2010 post are transposed. Got it today. Looks like a sack laying next to the fire pit. Coordinates are -370.74, 187.08, 31.38.

Not always sitting there on the ground, ran around for 2 hours killing things checking every so often to see if it was there.

Location was spot on. Go up the stairs, south a few rooms. Then east 1 room, south 1 room, west 1 room and finally south 1 room. spawn on the left once through door, looks like a sack. Ton of wandering mobs and many see invis.

When you get to the Grand Herbalist Hut head to the South the lever is at loc -171, +107, -296 in lower level of Chardok. This is how you get to Chardok B (Halls of Betrayal) Good Luck

Was found in room with Korucust sitting as ground spawn. Looked like a dropped item.
