Does anyone have any ideas on if this was moved or what? it is not spawning were stated above. anyone know a timer on this thing? once it spawns does it despawn or just stays there until someone picks it up? Location would be helpful and any way to make this thing spawn ??

It does not appear to be spawning on live servers. I confirmed it not spawning on two different servers (Fennin and Maelin).
It is however is spawning on test.
I /bug'd it so hopefully it will be fixed next patch.

Every time i've been to Unrest, so has the skull... unless i'm lucky, it seems pretty damn common!

This Item i just found in unrest in the east maze as a ground spawn.At the loc mentioned above.

Not so common. I am on the Luclin server and cannot get the spawn, been camping it for a week!
Have you gotten it yet? I'm sure you have, but if not, I can MQ it for you.

Showed up there a few times last night and nothing. I waited a whole in game day/night cycle. Could it be a once a day spawn? Or does it possibly spawn in other locations throughout the zone? Any info appreciated! It is not currently anywhere in the hedge or around the outside of the Estate.
