"a fallen deckhand", found by the dozen on the island you tranlocate onto when traveling from BB. Levels range from 19-21, and they are rogue rawbone skeletons. They congregate on the stone mountain and the beach north and west of it.

One small detail: the deckhands are on the island you get to from Overthere, not BB. Long swim. But good races have a hard time getting to the OT translocator.
These are the way to go. Almost one rum per kill. Took less than 10 minutes to get a stack!
