Omens of Wari can confirm that an air elemental pet at lvl 20 can use this, havent tried out the damage yet

I gave this to my pet, if it affected his damage I'm not sure but he was able to wield it. SK Skeleton pet, so Race Skeleton Class Rogue (he can use rogue only weapons, so its a guess)

first time i saw this i got excited and bought it before i read it correctly!(LOL)
but then i heard that some weapons with none for class are used for pets.
so i picked it up clicked on my pet and it was gone.
no bag on ground no item nothing...??? now>> is my pet(kitty) using it??? how much will she swallow-up? what are the effects of giving her weapons? does she / can i get things(back) from her? or are they just gone?

The comment saying this is a pet weapon is incorrect. For a pet to use a weapon, it must still be usable by the pet's class. The confusion comes because items with *race* as None are usable by pets.
Most likely, this was marked as None for class so that NPCs could spawn using them, but no character (PC or NPC) could actually *equip* it. They have a rather unique look, and if anyone or anything could equip it, then it would have to be in the global graphic file, so it could be seen in all zones.

Can be equipped by pets. But there are far better pet weapons out there. Best sell them for 23plat (136 charisma) or give them in Tribute (worth 250 tribute ploints).

Only person who ripped you off was YOU. You should have sense enough to read the description of what you were buying. It SAYS Class: NONE. Think of it as evolution in action.
