Ancient Coin [Terraz Ton]  

 

Was down there with a group of 5 just for fun because none of us had been there before: 47 necro, 34 SK, 41 Wiz, 41 Druid, 43 Ranger (who came later) ... the first 4 easily took the library and the rooms listed at #6 on EQAtlas map.

The raider spawns inside the library proper and patrols the hallway leading up to the stairs, goes up the stairs to the landing and waits there for a bit and repeats.

He maybe on a 4hr or so spawn cycle, we killed him, I got the coin and we didn't see him again in the next 3-4 hours before we moved to #6. This was probably around midnight or so.

Group left around 6am but we didn't go thru library so not sure if he was there or not, I continued to go down solo to check to see if the Medallion was there and I know he was there at 7:10am .. hope this helps.

ALso killing the Librarian you take a hit in Legion of Cabalis faction, so if you are a Lizard or working on Cab faction, don't kill him.

PS: in the time we were down here I think we got all the drops listed for the Library and the Spawns at #6: Icy Blade x2, Tombcleaver x2, Dusty Ransakers Sack x3, Doadwood staff (or something like that), some SK piercing weapon, and some other stuff I can't remember. I got about a yellow of exp at lvl 47, so not a total waste!

hey would the coin that eludes you just an ancient coin by chance we were in there last nite and we rolled for one 2times people said it fetched 500pp for some reason .i wasn't paying any attentoin i was for the wicked exp anyways to coins droped in less than an hour at the library was just curious
