Is the recipe learnable? Can you get an exact trivial from the tradeskill UI?

it is no fail if like other other tradeskill part with other epic but you need at least 115 skill to even be able to press combine if the number he said his right
So maybe learnable but what would be the use to learn it ? Only class that may want 2 copies are rogue =p one for epic other for look (if someone could tell or send pic of what it look like =) )
